It is my first visit to hotel. Room is very neat and clean with balcony. Food in restaurant is good One thing which I like was glass water bottle which save plastic. Staff is very polite and always has smile on face. Definitely coming back to stay

Had a day long company meeting at a suite here recently. Arrangements were were well made. Staff is cooperative and try to accommodate your requests. Although the overall food was decent, the Cappuccino is amazing!

Official visit for three days. Room is spacious, clean. Stay here at hotel comfortable. Services are good. Food is fine. Staff is very courteous would remember few name sudip from Housekeeping was very good

This is one of the best hotel I visited the staffs very professional polite and friendly. Too many varieties for breakfast it's also a good thing as well as the service of the staff is very quick. Rooms are neet and clean and the location is also nice. We love to visit again and recommended to others as well.

We chose this hotel after reading all the reviews on Google but it has been a disappointing stay. As soon as we checked into the room, there was a bad smell (felt like cigarette) and we could barely breathe. The AC remote was not working and when we tried to switch it on by ourselves, it started making a deafening sound. The TV remote wasn't working either in the living room. The dustbins were not cleared even after the room was cleaned and there was no doormat or footmat inside or near the washroom. The water bottles were never filled back everyday and we had to explicitly call for it. The key card never worked and we had to go down and get it working again everytime after we came back to hotel. I never saw any hot plate or kettle in the room and the only thing available was a microwave ! The worst thing has been, we could never access WiFi! Tried calling thrice for login details and was told they would call back and give details but the call never came until checkout. The food is very average with most of it being Indian in breakfast buffet. The only good thing about the hotel and our stay has been the very friendly security guards who are there with a friendly smile for any help required.

The front desk reception are too slow. We were kept waiting for 1.5 hours waiting saying that rooms are not ready as guests have not checked out, even after reaching on time. They should start charging extra on hourly basis for such guests as this causes inconvinience.We travelled with 3 month old baby and had to be kept waiting. The taste of food was good but process were too high. We called at restaurant to order but the number was busy all the time. We informed reception they said they will inform the restaurant but nobody called. Rooms are spacious with appliances such as 2 tv(in delux suite) , refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, kettle. Rooms have balcony as well.The only plus point of the hotel are the rooms. However they are lotle dusrya even after daily cleaning.
